White Cabernet Sauvignon Shalistin continues to be our flagship wine. While our latest vintages always attract attention we have been able to offer cellar door customers a taste of some of our older vintages.
What a surprise to taste a 2003 White Cabernet Sauvignon Shalistin that is still fresh, fruity and full bodied – a popular and rare treat for our visitors. Just to prove it’s worth the 2003 White Cabernet Sauvignon Shalistin won a Gold medal at the 2014 Langhorne Creek Wine Show in the Museum Class. Sadly, it is now sold out but it proved that our White Cabernet Sauvignon has great ageing potential.
One of the newest editions to our portfolio is the stunning Men of Kent – a world first blend of 96% Cabernet Sauvignon and 4% White Cabernet Sauvignon Shalistin. With a beautiful purple hue to catch your eye, the wine will go on to please your palate with it’s core of savoury tannins surrounded by plum and berry fruits. It has won numerous Gold and Silver awards.
You may also be impressed with our Pinot Noir, nurtured carefully in our own vineyard at Langhorne Creek.
Our Legend Series Cabernet Sauvignon continues to please along with the 2010 Illawarra Block Shiraz. All the grapes are grown in the family vineyards at Langhorne Creek, nestled between the Adelaide Hills and Lake Alexandrina in South Australia.
