Our Wines
Our signature wine is the White Cabernet Sauvignon Shalistin - we are currently selling the 2008 vintage at cellar door and in restaurants. Stock of some earlier vintages is also available and the 2002, 2003 and 2005 vintages remain very popular with our customer - showing that our White Cabernet Sauvignon ages well like it's parent Cabernet Sauvignon.
Other wines in our range include Bronze Cabernet Sauvignon Malian - in a light red, a sparkling and a rose` style.
Our red range includes Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Cabernet Merlot.

2005 'The Two of Us' Cabernet Merlot
The nose hints of ripe cherries and blackberries. The middle palate is filled beautifully by the velvety merlot flavours which complement our cabernet sauvignon so well.
Gentle French oak characters add to the balance and structure while allowing the fruit to dominate.
pH 3.36, TA 6.6 g/l, Alc 14%.
Grapes for this 2005 'The Two of Us' Cabernet Merlot were sourced exclusively from the Cleggett family vineyards.
