Our Wines
Our signature wine is the White Cabernet Sauvignon Shalistin - we are currently selling the 2008 vintage at cellar door and in restaurants. Stock of some earlier vintages is also available and the 2002, 2003 and 2005 vintages remain very popular with our customer - showing that our White Cabernet Sauvignon ages well like it's parent Cabernet Sauvignon.
Other wines in our range include Bronze Cabernet Sauvignon Malian - in a light red, a sparkling and a rose` style.
Our red range includes Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Cabernet Merlot.

2006 Legend Series Cabernet Sauvignon
Our elegant Legend Series Cabernet Sauvignon shows regional characteristics of ripe berries and just a hint of mint. The tannins and oak overlay are nicely balanced to produce an easy-drinking wine.
The wine was aged in fine French oak barriques for 12 months followed by bottle maturation.
Good palate length with soft rounded finish for all to enjoy.
The Legend Series Cabernet Sauvignon celebrates the Legend of Langhorne Creek honour, awarded to Mac Cleggett in 2001.
