Our Wines
Our signature wine is the White Cabernet Sauvignon Shalistin - we are currently selling the 2008 vintage at cellar door and in restaurants. Stock of some earlier vintages is also available and the 2002, 2003 and 2005 vintages remain very popular with our customer - showing that our White Cabernet Sauvignon ages well like it's parent Cabernet Sauvignon.
Other wines in our range include Bronze Cabernet Sauvignon Malian - in a light red, a sparkling and a rose` style.
Our red range includes Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Cabernet Merlot.

2005 Malian Bronze Cabernet Sauvignon
A lively fruit-driven light red wine to be enjoyed all the year round. The wine is styled with strawberries and raspberries on the nose, along with spicy overtones and a dry finish.
The bright cherry colour comes from the bronze/pink Malian grapes. The wine is fermented on the skins to produce a unique flavour and texture.
Served chilled.
A perfect match for spicy dishes and light meals. Try it with your Indian take away or well chilled with lunch on a hot summer's day.

2008 Sparkling Bronze Cabernet Malian
2008 Sparkling Bronze Cabernet Sauvignon Malian.
A vibrant cheery coloured Sparkling wine with strawberries and raspberries dominating the nose. The palate exhibits fesh fruit flavours complemented by a little sweetness with a dry finish.
Enjoy as an aperitif as well as with food.
Serve chilled.
