Our Wines
Our signature wine is the White Cabernet Sauvignon Shalistin - we are currently selling the 2011 vintage at cellar door and in restaurants. Stock of some earlier vintages is also available and the 2002, 2003 vintages remain very popular with our customer - showing that our White Cabernet Sauvignon ages well like it's parent Cabernet Sauvignon.
Other wines in our range include Bronze Cabernet Sauvignon Malian - in a light red, a sparkling and a rose` style.
Our red range includes Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz and the new blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (96% and White Cabernet Sauvignon 4%) - named Men of Kent to honour our ancestors who came from Kent in the UK in 1838..

2007 Sweet Shalistin Golden White Cabernet Sauvignon
2007 Sweet Shalistin is made from our White Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, Shalistin. Sensational with a cheese and fruit platter.
Serve chilled. Alc 11%. The 2007 wine is in 500ml bottles for your convenience.
A very limited supply. We are blown away by the popularity of this fresh sweet fruity wine - its not a desert wine but can be enjoyed with food or as a light refreshing afternoon tipple. Keeps well after opening (screw cap).
2010 Reserve White Cabernet Sauvignon
Frest stone fruit characters blend with tropical highlights and a touch of spice. The mouthfeel is lingering and luscious. Worthy of a place at any dinner party and satisfying to most red wine drinkers.

2011 White Cabernet Sauvignon Shalistin –
A fragrant wine with tropical and citrus aromas. The palate is long and fine yet flavour filled, with notes of stone fruit, blackcurrant and fresh crunchy apples. Hints of fresh herbs, echoing the parent variety of Cabernet Sauvignon, add an extra dimension. This wine excels with seafood, chicken and lightly spiced dishes and will please even dedicated red wine drinkers.
