White Cabernet Sauvignon continues to be our flagship wine. While our latest vintages always attract attention we have been able to offer cellar door customers a taste of some of our older vintages. What a surprise to taste a 2003 White Cabernet that is still fresh, fruity and full bodied - a popular and rare treat for our visitors. Just to prove it's worth the 2003 White Cabernet Sauvignon won a Bronze medal at the 2012 Australian Small Winemakers Show, almost 10 years after it won it's first award.
The Bronze Cabernet Sauvignon shines as the Pearl Rose` and as a Sparkling rose` style - fun as a party wine or aperatif but also satisfying with a light meal.
The newest edition to our portfolio is the stunning Men of Kent - a world first blend of 96% Cabernet Sauvignon and 4% White Cabernet Sauvignon. With a beautiful purple hue to catch your eye, the wine will go on to please your palate with it's core of savoury tannins surrounded by plum and berry fruits.
Our Legend Series Cabernet Sauvignon continues to please along with the 2008 Illawarra Block Shiraz. All the grapes are grown in the family vineyards at Langhorne Creek, South Australia.
