Our Wines
Be enticed by our White Cabernet Sauvignon Shalistin, and our Bronze Cabernet Sauvignon Malian. We have several versions and several vintages of both the White and Bronze Cab Sauv., including a sweet white and a sparkling bronze. To celebrate 30 years since the chance discovery of the bronze cabernet sauvignon grapes we have produced The Pearl Rose - a fresh dry style rose - perfect for the warmer months.
Our red wines include Legend Series Cabernet Sauvignon, 2005 Cabernet Merlot, and 2006 Illawarra Block Shiraz. All the grapes are grown in the family vineyards at Langhorne Creek, South Australia.
Popping onto the scene just in time for summer drinking is our 'pink bubbly' - a rose` style sparkling wine made from Malian, our Bronze Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.
