Shiraz

2006 Illawarra Block Shiraz
Our first release Shiraz provides intense forest fruit flavours accompanied by fragrant spices and a gentle vanillin overlay. This soft, approachable Shiraz has benefited from maturation in the finest French oak barriques for 14 months.
The Illawarra Block, planted in 1999, was named after the Australian Illawarra Shorthorn stud cattle that previously grazed on the land.

A fabulous drink-now wine that will develop complexity if cellared for several years.
